02 · Types of Information

Personal Information & Sensitive Information

  1. The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Privacy Act") defines types of information, including Personal Information and Sensitive Information.
    1. Personal Information means information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable — whether the information or opinion is true or not, and whether or not recorded in material form. If the information does not disclose your identity or enable your identity to be ascertained, it will in most cases not be classified as Personal Information and will not be subject to this privacy policy.
  2. Sensitive Information is defined in the Privacy Act as including information or opinion about an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record, or health information. Sensitive Information will be used by Us only:
    1. for the primary purpose for which it was obtained;
    2. for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose; and
    3. with your consent or where required or authorised by law.

We do not ordinarily collect Sensitive Information. If we ever do, we will comply with the above obligations.

03 · How We Collect Your Information

Collection Methods

  1. We collect Personal Information from you whenever you input such information into the Website or our application forms, or provide it to Us in any other way.
  2. We may also collect cookies from your computer which enable Us to tell when you use the Website and to help customise your experience. As a general rule, it is not possible to identify you personally from Our use of cookies.
  3. We generally do not collect Sensitive Information, but when We do, We will comply with the obligations set out in section 02.
  4. Where reasonable and practicable, We collect your Personal Information from you only. Where We receive information about you from a third party, We will take steps to make you aware of that fact.
04 · Purpose of Collection

Why We Collect Your Information

  1. We collect Personal Information to assess your application, deliver the SiHustle program, process your payment, and keep in touch with you about your participation and developments in our business.
  2. We disclose Personal Information only to service providers who assist Us in operating the Website and program — including GoHighLevel (CRM and email), Stripe (payments), and Google Workspace (internal operations). Your Personal Information may also be accessed from time to time by support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.
  3. By submitting your application or using Our Website, you consent to the receipt of program-related and direct marketing communications. We will only use your Personal Information for direct marketing if We have collected it directly from you, and only for material you would reasonably expect to receive. We do not use Sensitive Information for marketing purposes. Every marketing communication will include a clear and simple way to unsubscribe.
05 · Third Parties

Who We Share Your Information With

We use a small number of trusted third-party platforms. Your information may be shared with:

  1. GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM, email, and funnel platform, used to manage applications, send communications, and deliver program content;
  2. Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles all card data directly and is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your card details;
  3. Google Workspace — for internal communication and document management; and
  4. Meta (Facebook) — if you interact with our ads or pages, Meta's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Ever.

06 · Security, Access & Correction

How We Store and Protect Your Information

  1. We store your Personal Information in a way that reasonably protects it from unauthorised access, misuse, modification or disclosure. When We no longer require your Personal Information for the purpose for which it was obtained, We will take reasonable steps to destroy, anonymise or de-identify it. Most Personal Information stored in our client records will be kept for a minimum of 7 years to fulfil our record-keeping obligations.
  2. The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs):
    1. permit you to obtain access to the Personal Information We hold about you in certain circumstances (APP 12); and
    2. allow you to correct inaccurate Personal Information subject to certain exceptions (APP 13).
